Intention: Connect with our inner individual compass that is specific to each of us and learn how to stay connected during our every day life.

Self-Discovery is an opportunity to recognize our long-held patterns of conditioned behaviors and beliefs that hold us back from living an authentic life. Self-Discovery began to lift the veils that work against the innate peace of our true nature.

This retreat focuses on personal discovery and development.  Topics of Discussion will highlight connecting with our individual inner health and beauty further encouraging us to see clearly our personal areas in need of healing.  There will be significant time set aside for journaling and exploring the light within each of us.  

Personal Soul/Life Coaching is an opportunity to clear away mental, emotional and spiritual clutter thereby enabling us to hear the whispers of our own souls. Each of us are naturally intuitive and already has all the answers we need within. Personal Soul/Life Coaching creates a safe nurturing space to help discover our own individual knowledge while being listened to from the heart with compassion.

The Facilitator will offer a few one hour sessions every retreat.  Space is very limited and fills up quickly. Email session requests upon completion of registration. 

Activities Scheduled: Hatha Yoga (Asanas), Meditation, Breath Work (Pranayama) and/or Simply Stretching will be offered for your enjoyment.

Massage Therapy: At Participants' request a Massage Therapist will be offering massages on site for an additional fee.
