Unstructured Time allows for absorbing the natural environment, taking walks, napping, socializing, or for just being and doing nothing.

Wholesome Vegetarian Meals
are prepared fresh each day. (includes dairy and eggs)  Much of the produce comes from farmers in the local area.  Our Chef is passionate about serving wholesome delicious meals that even meat eaters are amazed to taste.

Namaste
is an Indian expression used as a greeting or upon parting, by putting the palms of the hands together in prayer position. It means, “I honor the Spirit in you which is also in me.” This, of course, is also a way of saying, “I recognize that we are all equal.” -Deepak Chopra
